1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 998bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 998bd website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional services, and any other features accessible via 998bd.club. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 998bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

998bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 998bd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the updated Terms must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with the Account Closure section below.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. The 998bd platform is designed for and marketed to adult players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction prior to registering or depositing.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 998bd website, software, games, and services accessible via 998bd.club.
• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 998bd platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a player's 998bd account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

2 Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 998bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction applies to all aspects of the platform including registration, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and participating in any promotional activity. 998bd is an adult entertainment platform and takes its obligations regarding underage access seriously.

If 998bd determines at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds within the account — including any winnings — will be forfeited. 998bd strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites. Age Verification Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Where payment is made via bKash or Nagad, the registered mobile number must match the details provided at account registration.
• 998bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
• Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will not be accepted.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 998bd services, players must register a verified account via the 998bd Login page. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Players must also provide a unique username and a strong password. All information provided at registration must be truthful and kept up to date.

Each individual player may register only one account on the 998bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 998bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all balances and bonus funds held across those accounts.

Account registration is available to residents of Bangladesh aged 18 and above. Players are responsible for ensuring that their registration details remain accurate and current at all times. Changes to personal details must be submitted to the 998bd support team at [email protected] along with supporting documentation.

Account Registration Rules

• One account per person — duplicate registrations will result in all accounts being suspended.
• All registration information must be accurate, current, and belong to the registering individual.
• Players may not register on behalf of another person or share their account credentials with any third party.
• 998bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Account registration implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the 998bd Privacy Policy.
• Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register on the 998bd platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 998bd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 998bd reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

The minimum deposit on the 998bd platform is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, although players engaging in large transactions may be subject to enhanced verification procedures in accordance with the platform's security and anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment from the mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is 15 to 60 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 998bd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Deposits & Withdrawals Policy Points

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used by the player to make a deposit, subject to verification.
• Players must complete at least one successful deposit cycle before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• 998bd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party mobile wallet or bank fees may apply.
• Funds deposited for the purposes of gambling must not constitute proceeds of criminal activity. 998bd cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations.
• 998bd reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have their withdrawal requests held pending document submission.

5 Bonus Policy

998bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general bonus rules, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money eligible games within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 998bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• The use of more than one account to claim a single bonus is classified as bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., certain table games or live dealer bets) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds prior to completion of the wagering requirement are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the same restrictions.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus will forfeit the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6 User Obligations

By registering and using the 998bd platform, each player agrees to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of their account.
• Players must not use the 998bd platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or circumventing financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh.
• Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary content, odds data, or software from the 998bd platform.
• Players must not use automated betting systems, bots, macros, scripts, or any other software designed to give an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Players must not engage in collusion with other players or with 998bd staff for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or betting markets.
• Players must not make chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to the 998bd platform. Any player found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended and their outstanding balance frozen pending investigation.
• Players must not allow any third party to access or use their 998bd account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not use VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by 998bd.
• Players must notify 998bd immediately at [email protected] if they become aware of any security breach, unauthorised account access, or technical error that results in an incorrect account balance.
• Players must comply with all responsible gaming obligations, including using self-exclusion tools if they identify signs of problem gambling in their own behaviour.

7 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their 998bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

998bd reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; underage access; chargebacks; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that 998bd determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games and betting markets.

Where an account is closed by 998bd due to a material breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a written dispute to [email protected] in accordance with the Liability & Disputes section below.

Self-Exclusion as Account Closure

• Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (7, 14, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and take immediate effect upon confirmation.
• During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be permitted.
• Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. Players who self-exclude permanently should withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request.

8 Liability & Disputes

998bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, it does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, free of technical errors, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party software failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 998bd will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime outside of the platform's direct control.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in incorrect game outcomes, odds being displayed in error, or incorrect crediting or debiting of player balances, 998bd reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore account balances to the state prior to the malfunction. The platform will communicate any such corrections to affected players via their registered email address.

998bd's liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the player's verified account balance at the time the liability arises. The platform shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage arising from use of the platform.

Dispute Resolution Process

• Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, payment, bonus, or account decision must submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
• Disputes submitted after the 30-day window may not be considered.
• 998bd will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
• All disputes will be investigated based on the platform's server-side records, which shall be treated as definitive in the event of any conflict with a player's own records.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the player and 998bd, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation.
